EBULLIOTRONIC
ELECTRONIC EBULLIOMETER
Integrated pressure sensor.
Platinum probe measuring the temperature to 1/1000th
of a degree.
Electronically regulated heat.
Direct analysis of the alcoholic content of wines.
Display of the results in less than 6 min.
Accuracy of 0.1% vol.

In addition to dry wines, the EBULLIOTRONIC also analyses sweet
wines and musts undergoing fermentation.
CHARACTERISTICS
Measurement range : 0 - 25 % vol.
Microprocessor : Z8O A
Accuracy : ± 0.1 % vol.
Platinum probe : PT100
Duration : < 6 min.
Pressure resolution : 0.3 mbar
Voltage : 220 V- 50 Hz or 110 V- 50/60 Hz
Consumption : console 15 W / heating 120 W
SIMPLE
OPERATING METHOD
Dry wines are analysed directly. Just pour the wine to the gauge
mark indicated on the boiler and start the measurement using
the console keyboard. The instrument stops automatically at
the end of the analysis and the alcoholic content is directly
displayed on the screen in % vol.
For
sweet wines, it is necessary to measure the mass density of
the product and indicate the temperature of the sample. At the
end of the measurement, the screen displays the alcoholic content
as well as the densimetric dry extract in g/l.
To
analyse musts undergoing fermentation, it is necessary to measure
the initial mass density of the must.
HIGH
PERFORMANCE
The EBULLIOTRONIC has been tested by the Laboratoire de la Répression
des Fraudes of Bordeaux (Laboratory of Fraud Prevention) by
comparing it to a reference method : distillation and measurement
by a Paar densimeter. The study showed that the two methods
are equivalent with the following results :
Correlation between the two methods : C = 0.99
Prediction type difference : 0.06
Repeatability : 0.08
LONG-TERM
SECURITY
The EBULLIOTRONIC is easy to calibrate. By calibrating the instrument
regularly using the standard wines, one will assure the reliability
of measurements and prevent any variation with time.
